About the role

You oversee a National Service (NS) training system.

 

What you will be working on

  • Ensure proper governance and implementation of NSmen training and administration
  • Drive NS Human Resource (HR) administration and succession planning
  • Oversee feedback management and communication to NSmen

About the role

You are responsible for the implementation of Leadership Development (LD) initiatives in the Singapore Armed Forces (SAF).

About the role

You are responsible for overseeing all virtual simulation matters for the Army and managing administrative affairs within the unit.

 

What you will be working on

  • Manage operational contracts to ensure systems are always available for training needs
  • Develop workplan for Operationally Ready National Servicemen (NSmen) call-up
  • Supervise the training of NSmen and Full-time National Servicemen (NSFs)
  • Oversee administrative management (e.g. deferment, performance, promotion) of NSmen and NSFs
