About the role

You play a pivotal role in safeguarding Singapore's defence and security interests by managing the Current Readiness (CR) budget of the Republic of Singapore Navy (RSN).

 

What you will be working on

  • Lead the review of CR budget sufficiency and management of cashflow to meet RSN's Operations requirements
  • Develop and review plans to achieve CR budget marksmanship
  • Review the fund structure to enable monitoring of payments and commitments
  • Provide advice on financial policies related to CR budget utilisation to strengthen governance and compliance within RSN

What we are looking for

  • Education in Accountancy, Business or Finance

  • Experience in operating SAP systems
  • Leadership skills to collaborate with key stakeholders
  • Ability to work with large data sets to support data-driven decision making
