You manage the operationalisation of leadership development. On this, you periodically review existing concepts and doctrine and when required, develop new ones to effectively operationalise the skill of leadership development. In addition, you manage the content of the relevant leadership training programmes/courses and vendors contractors. Your challenge lies in leading, supporting, or executing other leadership development tasks or programs that would enable SAF leaders to lead effectively.

You must have a tertiary qualification in Psychology or a relevant social or behavioural science discipline, preferably with 6 years' experience in Leadership, Research or Project Management. You assess the training requirements of the Digital Defence Command (DDC) and develop appropriate training roadmaps and masterplans for personnel under the Command. On this, you operationalise and monitor the training schedules to ensure that the personnel receive up-to-date and relevant training, in order to effectively execute their tasks. You work closely with external and in-service training entities to continuously develop and fine-tune training courses and modules, among other training related responsibilities. You identify and consolidate training courses, secure training billets and approvals, as well as monitor the submission of post-course/seminars reports to various fora. You are responsible for the implementation of Leadership Development (LD) initiatives in the Singapore Armed Forces (SAF). YYou conduct the Senior Military Expert courses for the Digital and Intelligence Service (DIS). You assist the Course Coordinator in implementing new courses, overseeing these training courses to ensure the conduct is in accordance with DIS’ requirements. You also manage administrative matters and the welfare of trainees. In addition, you are responsible for administering the post-course feedback and generating post-course reports. You design and develop curriculum for the Digital and Intelligence Service (DIS)-level training courses in accordance to DIS’ Training Roadmap. On this, you work with the respective DIS entities to perform operations task-training analysis to enhance DIS’s training methodologies. You also design, develop and implement a Learning Management System for the DIS. Your challenge lies in the need to understand the operational needs of different DIS vocations in order to develop the requisite training roadmap and curriculum to support their professional development. You manage customer care and support, and conduct analysis of the Singapore Armed Forces (SAF)’s learning systems. On this, you establish work processes for customer care and support and oversee the resources to ensure a positive user experience with the SAF learning systems. You oversee Air Force Training Command (AFTC)'s daily training activities. You are a key link to the Air Operations Centre (AOC) to manage incidents and disseminate information. You ensure that Command Consequence Management and Business Continuity Plans are consistently prepared for execution, capable of addressing incidents, and able to maintain effective operations during pandemic outbreaks or major disruptions.
