You must have a tertiary qualification, preferably in Communication Studies, Political or Social Sciences, or Science and Technology (Information and Communication Technology, Digital Media, Information Science etc.), and with an excellent command of written and spoken English. A keen interest in public communication, media and defence-related matters, along with the possession of strong interpersonal, communication and analytical skills, are required. You must be able to work odd hours, and travel overseas on short notice for work. Having relevant work experience in journalism, media, public relations, corporate communication, and/or corporate planning, as well as the ability to converse, write and translate in the vernacular (i.e., Mandarin, Bahasa Melayu, Tamil) is advantageous. Your challenge lies in monitoring and analysing industry trends, as well as internal data, research, and analytics findings, to derive and drive actionable strategies and roadmaps to future-proof the capabilities of the company.
You must have a tertiary qualification, preferably in Economics, Business, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field. You must be independent, self-motivated, resilient and resourceful, and a good team player. Having at least 3 years' working experience in a research or consulting role, preferably in the media and entertainment-related industry, or possessing data analytics and visualisation skills will be advantageous. Possession of excellent written and oral communication, interpersonal, analytical skills and critical thinking skills is essential. You should have interest in industry trends and developments and be open-minded to a wide range of perspectives and thinking styles.
