About the role

You assist the Branch Head in managing and supervising all logistics, finance, system maintenance, and infra and security related matters.

 

What you will be working on

  • Ensure efficient and responsive logistics support
  • Implement both peacetime and operational work processes
  • Optimise and maximise utilisation of budget spending
  • Ensure up to date and accurate equipment status
  • Upkeep Building and Infrastructure Readiness
  • Establish work processes referencing existing guidelines to meet demands for responsive logistics support
  • Ensure tight co-ordination between the respective entities to achieve desired ops-log integration
  • Manage and coordinate with both Internal and external stakeholders on their requirements

  • Staying up-to-date with relevant logistics, finance and latest technology development in Cyber systems

 

What we are looking for

  • Education in Supply Chain, Finance or related field
  • At least 6 years of relevant work experience
  • Possession of at least one professional certification or industry related qualification related to Cybersecurity (e.g. CISM, CISA, GCIH, etc) is advantageous
  • Familiar with established systems Logistics Support Management Plans
  • Resourceful and adaptable

About the role

You play a pivotal role in safeguarding Singapore's defence and security interests by ensuring the availability of aircraft and weapon systems parts to support the Republic of Singapore Air Force (RSAF) operation.
