IMDEX ASIA
1. Who is invited to attend IMDEX Asia?
IMDEX Asia is an international trade exhibition. Military personnel may write in to imdex25@defence.gov.sg to register interest, while interested trade participants may contact sales@imdexasia.com.
2. What is the attire for IMDEX Asia?
The dress code for the opening ceremony on 6 May 2025 is Uniform with Jacket for military participants and Business Suit for Business participants. The opening ceremony is for invited guests only.
3. How can I go to Changi Exhibition Centre?
Shuttle buses are available for registered participants from Tanah Merah MRT Station. Drivers with a valid parking label can park at Changi Exhibition Centre.
4. I understand that there is a foreign warship display at Changi Naval Base, held in conjunction with IMDEX Asia. How can I visit the foreign warship display?
The foreign warship display is open to registered participants only. The schedule for the warship display can be found here.
5. Can I book rooms for meetings?
Meeting rooms are available for booking on a first-come-first-serve basis at the event and Changi Exhibition Centre.

INTERNATIONAL MARITIME SECURITY CONFERENCE
1. Who is invited to attend the International Maritime Security Conference?
The conference is via invitation only. Invitations are extended to navies, coast guards, maritime industries, academia, and think-tanks by the Republic of Singapore Navy and S. Rajaratnam School of International Studies.
2. Where is the conference held?
The conference is held at the conference hall in the Changi Exhibition Centre.
3. What is the attire for the International Maritime Security Conference?
The dress code for the conference on 7 May 2025 is Uniform with Jacket for military participants and Business Suit for Business participants. The opening ceremony is for invited guests only.

COCKTAIL RECEPTION
1. Who is invited for the Warship Cocktail?
The cocktail is via invitation only. Invitations are extended to personnel from navies, coast guards and the maritime industry.
2. Where will the cocktail be held?
The cocktail will be held at RSS Singapura – Changi Naval Base.
3. What is the attire for the cocktail?
The dress code is working rig without headdress for military guests, long-sleeved shirt without tie for civilian gentlemen, and smart casual for civilian ladies. For safety reasons, high heels or open-toed footwear should be avoided. Ladies are also advised to avoid wearing skirts or dresses.
4. What are the activities during the cocktail?
The RSN will be hosting all invited guests to a cocktail reception at Fleet Command Building. Foreign warships berthed in RSS Singapura – Changi Naval Base will be opening up their decks to host cocktails as well.
