Responsibilities
As a Naval Warfare System Expert (Electronics), you are responsible for ensuring our ships are combat-ready at all times, aided by our naval combat, communication and navigation technology. Depending on your specialisation and training, you will be deployed in navigation, communication, underwater warfare, command and control, or weapon systems.

As a Naval Warfare System Expert (Marine System), you are responsible for a wide range of equipment that keeps our ship on the move. These are critical to the ship’s survivability and include the propulsion systems, air conditioning and ventilation systems, fresh water plants and pollution control systems.

Academic Qualifications
Relevant Diploma, Higher NITEC or NITEC in Marine and Mechanical Engineering, or other relevant engineering qualifications.
Basic Requirements
- Singapore Citizen or Singapore PR intending to take up citizenship.
- Medically fit (PES B and above)
- Normal colour perception
