We are Pioneers of our Generation, but as pioneers, we also have to be responsible to the next generation.
This is one of the key responsibilities of the Maritime Training and Doctrine Command (MTDC). On this day, when the training command was first formed, we take the opportunity to wish MTDC a happy 7th anniversary! We would like to thank all trainers and instructors at MTDC who have helped to validate new doctrines and operating concepts, upkeep the currency of sailors' skills, and train our next generation of sailors.
