At the heart of the Human Resource (HR) job family, DXOs play a pivotal role in the development and welfare of our most important defence asset – our defence personnel. From shaping manpower policies to strategic business partnering, DXOs oversee vital areas such as manpower planning, welfare management, rewards and recognition, as well as career and performance management. Their dedication ensures that our defence personnel are well-supported.
I work closely with senior management to chart the strategic direction for the organisation, formulate strategies and develop the course of action to deliver the desired strategic and operational outcomes for MINDEF/SAF's mission.
