DXOs in the Paramedical job family form the backbone of healthcare support for our defence personnel. They provide diagnostic procedures, administer treatment, and therapeutic interventions. Their role extends to ensuring the seamless operation of day-to-day healthcare facilities and continually optimising efficient and quality healthcare delivery. Additionally, they provide effective medical support through staff training, developing training programmes, assessing training needs, and conducting training sessions in line with the best practices in the healthcare field. The sub-job families encompass medical operations and management, medical training, and soldier's performance, collectively contributing to the well-being and readiness of our defence force.
