  • SAVINGS
    ACCOUNT

    In addition to your salary, funds will be deposited into this account during the first 10 years of your service.

  • SAVER BONUS

    You can look forward to 6 months' SAVER Bonus at the end of your 6th SAVER year. There is also a 5-month SAVER Bonus at the end of your 10th SAVER year.

  • FLEXIBLE BENEFITS (FLEX)

    You will receive $600 - $1,000 FLEX credits a year, which can be used to pay for your insurance, vacations, education and medical needs.

  • CPF TOP-UP ACCOUNT

    Part of your CPF contributions will be deposited into this account for investment. This amount, plus returns, will be credited back to your CPF Account upon the end of your service.

  • RETIREMENT ACCOUNT

    Funds will be deposited into this account from the 7th year of your service until the end of your military career, providing you with additional financial comfort and security.

  • MEDISAVE-CUM-SUBSIDISED OUTPATIENT (MSO) SCHEME

    You will receive additional Medisave contributions and enjoy up to 85% subsidy for yourself and 60% for your dependants on outpatient treatment.

  • SIGN-ON BONUS

    If you are not starting on or undergoing sponsored studies, you will receive a one-time Sign-on Bonus of $20,000 - $32,000.
