This Wing is worn by qualified Air Operations & Systems Experts (AOSXs) upon completion of their vocational training.

The Coat-of-Arms represents a basic pledge that wearers of this Wing would honourably respond to defend Singapore. The flashes on the badge depict the electromagnetic spectrum which represents the AOSX's roles in Integrated Knowledge based Command and Control (IKC2). The interlocking rings in the centre of the badge signifies the role played by the AOSX in integrating with the rest of the Singapore Armed Force (SAF)'s Command and Control networks, while the dart represents the sharp thinking and decisiveness an AOSX should possess.
