The Air Force Engineer (AFE) Wing is worn by all AFEs for a common identity.

The wings symbolises the AFE as an integral fighting part of the Republic of Singapore Air Force (RSAF). The vocation title is reflected on the badge. The gear represents technology and symbolises Air Logistics as the technical arm of the RSAF. The globe surrounded by the gear signifies the AFE’s global outlook and our vision of World Class Logistics with a global reach and 24/7 operations. The 2 arrows superimposed in the globe and the gear embody Air Engineering Logistics Organisation (AELO)'s mission of maximising Air Power and a symbiotic relationship that we have with other RSAF professional arms. The arrows also project a forward looking, lean and adaptable AELO, pushing towards new frontiers.
