Senior Warrant Officer Seck Wai Kong
Master Chief Navy, Republic of Singapore Navy

Senior Warrant Officer (SWO) Seck Wai Kong was enlisted into the Singapore Armed Forces (SAF) in 1996 and began his career as a Naval Diver in the Republic of Singapore Navy (RSN) in 1997.
SWO Seck was appointed Master Chief Navy on 1 August 2025. Prior to this, he held several key appointments in the SAF and RSN, including Sergeant Major of Frogman School, Master Chief Special Warfare Group, Master Chief Naval Diving Unit, and Master Chief Fleet. He also served as Company Second-in-Command (2IC) at the Specialist and Warrant Officer Institute, and as Head of Military Experts and Warrant Officers Development and Engagement Section at the Naval Sailor Skills School.
His professional education includes the United States Basic Underwater Demolition/SEAL (BUD/S) Course, United States Military Freefall Course, SAF Joint Senior Leadership Course, SAF Warrant Officer and Military Expert Programme, SAF Leadership and Organisation Development Programme, and Goh Keng Swee Command and Staff College Executive Course.
SWO Seck was awarded the SAF Overseas Service Medal (Operation Blue Orchid) in 2004, the Efficiency Medal (Military) in 2015, and the Long Service Medal (Military) in 2021.
He is married to Joslyn, and they have two sons, Gray and Cyan.
